It is no secret around sd&if that I (Tony) am quite the roller derby fan. In fact, I’m training to be a referee with the Brewcity Bruisers.

With the crazy-irreverent-sexy-tattooed party-of-a-sport getting more attention these days, a few things were inevitable. Like this:

Even more interesting is this little tidbit:

“We’re going to hold an actual match and have some fun with it,” Avalon said. “I’m looking for more girls to perform stunts in it who can skate and who don’t mind getting bumped around.”

Now I know what you are all thinking: Will WFTDA 2.0 apply?

I personally am more concerned with what Kayden Kross will think a “double whip” is. Or how long it will take James Deen to realize that under no circumstances can he be “lead jammer.”

Either way, it’s still probably gonna be better than Drew Barrymore’s flick.
